I (Dimitar) am PERSONALLY on court, coaching daily to players of all levels at all ages! Over the past 25 years, I have been very fortunate to coach and mold some of the best junior and professional players in the world. Coaching is an art and that is why I believe that a smaller, more personalized program with an emphasis on each player is how to truly develop tennis players. You have my personal commitment that here at the Dimitar Tennis Academy we will do our best to help you develop as a person, athlete and player as I have done over the years with Grigor Dimitrov, Anna Tatisvili, Sesil Karatancheva, Ksenia Milevskaya and Aleksandrina Naydenova to name a few. I look forward to personally working with you very soon at our Academy located at the beautiful Hilton Beachfront Resort in Santa Barbara, California.
• Grigor Dimitrov - under the watchful eye of Dimitar in southern California! Grigor and Dimitar are both from the same town in Bulgaria and worked together extensively in California during Grigor’s junior years before turning professional.
• Anna Tatishvili – and Dimitar at this year’s 2016 French Open at Roland Garros! Dimitar has coached Anna at different times throughout her junior and professional career. Dimitar traveled to Paris to work with her before the French Open this year. In addition, Anna traveled to Santa Barbara to work with Dimitar prior to the 2016 BNP Paribas Open.
• Sesil Karatancheva - Former #35 WTA and French Open Quarter Finalist.
• Ksenia Milevskaya - Top 200 WTA and 2007 #2 ITF.

Dimitar Tennis Academy is for tennis players of all levels who are both committed and determined to excel in their game to a level of successfully competing at top local, regional, national and international tournaments!
Our mission is to provide superior tennis instruction and coaching in a boutique environment where players can learn how to compete and win while enjoying the wonderful game of tennis!
We aim to develop and enhance all aspects of the successful tennis players, including technique, footwork, fitness, peak performance, nutrition, and strategy. Each camp or clinic includes specially designed fitness sessions with Certified Athletic Trainer / Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists.

Dimitar Tennis Academy was very happy to host the players from Internation Tennis School on the central coast in Australia for a week of training with our players.
All the players were very excited to visit and train at the academy in Santa Barbara. We are planing have them coming to an anual base to train here in Californa. We are looking forward to have them again in 2019.
